Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a very gentle practice and perfect for beginners, where we go in and out of asanas to prepare the body to hold them statically with correct alignment.

It is a practice that encompasses our whole being – the body, mind and breath – which we do by practicing asana, meditation and pranayama, in order for prana (energy) to flow freely.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that typically uses props, in which poses can be held from 3-5 minutes, even up to 10 minutes. The aim of this practice is to get into the connective tissues of the body to improve our joints and allow Qi (energy) to run through our bodies. The stillness can help you go deeper into your mind and come to a meditative state.

Pre and Postnatal

Support your body through the amazing journey of each trimester and beyond. In prenatal classes you will start to connect to yourself and your baby and learn tools to help you through pregnancy and labour.

Postnatal classes focus on rebuilding your strength and mobility, and giving yourself some alone time where you can focus on yourself.

These classes are currently offered on a private basis (either 1:1 or private hire for larger groups).
