Hatha is a very gentle practice and perfect for beginners, where we go in and out of asanas to prepare the body to hold them statically with correct alignment.
It is a practice that encompasses our whole being – the body, mind and breath – which we do by practicing asana, meditation and pranayama, in order for prana (energy) to flow freely.Book Class
Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that typically uses props, in which poses can be held from 3-5 minutes, even up to 10 minutes. The aim of this practice is to get into the connective tissues of the body to improve our joints and allow Qi (energy) to run through our bodies. The stillness can help you go deeper into your mind and come to a meditative state.Book Class
