Please make yourself aware of the T&Cs for both classes and treatments below.
All class bookings need to be made online to secure your spot as we cannot guarantee a place in the studio if bookings online are not made. Full cost is charged upon booking.
72 hours notice is required for class cancellations. Refunds will only be given is more then 72 hours notice is provided. If less than 72 hours notice is given, you will be charged the full amount.
All memberships must be repurchased monthly via out website or app.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the class start time. Doors are closed 2 minutes before the class starts. Late arrivals will not be permitted into the class. No refunds given if you arrive after this time.
BOOKING FEES ARE REQUIRED
A non-refundable 50% booking fee is required for all bookings.
BOOKING FEES & RESCHEDULING
If it is possible to reschedule your appointment your booking fee will be transferred over to your future booking.
BOOKING FEES & CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your appointment, your booking fee will not be refunded.

HOW OFTEN YOU CAN RESCHEDULE
Please note, appointments can only be rescheduled once.
LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE GIVEN
Should you request to reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, we will request you make a new booking and pay another booking fee. The original booking fee will not be refunded.
LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE GIVEN
If the request to reschedule is asked within 24 hours of your appointment, we will request you make a new booking and pay another booking fee. If you are unable to attend the original appointment, this will be seen as a cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the treatment.
CANCELLATIONS & FAILURE TO ATTEND
Your booking fee will not be refunded if you cancel your appointment.
LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE
Should less than 24 hours notice be given that you are unable to attend your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the treatment.
FAILURE TO ATTEND
If you do not show for your appointment and have not tried to make contact, you will be charged the full amount of the treatment. We reserve the right to refuse any future appointment requests.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are running late, please do contact us if you are able to.
WITHIN 15 MINUTES LATE
If you arrive no more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced to the remaining time left of your appointment and you will be charged for the full treatment.
MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will not be able to proceed with the treatment and you will be charged the full amount of the treatment.
