Take time to become still and work deeper into the mind and body. In yin we hold poses for much longer usually 3-5 minutes to get into the connective tissues at the joint. This slow class is great after a stressful day, relaxing both the mind and body. Suitable for all levels; beginners very welcome.
If you wish to bring along pillows, bolsters and blankets feel free (not necessary, just an added bonus).
